Ülkü Solak Elected Co-Chair to the Forum of the Commissions for the International Association of Young Lawyers

Ülkü Solak, Counsel at Moroğlu Arseven, has been elected as Co-Chair to the Forum of the Commissions, within the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA). AIJA is the only global association devoted to lawyers and in-house counsel aged 45 and under. AIJA’s Forum of the Commissions is responsible for coordinating the activities of 18 separate Standing Commissions and through them, the substantive work of AIJA. It monitors the activities of individual Commissions, as well as actively works to the improvement and quality control of scientific work produced within AIJA. 

Ülkü has been an AIJA member since 2011, acting as a National Reporter for Turkey for a range of commissions, as well as being elected to the Executive Committee in 2015 (more). In these capacities, Ülkü has been heavily involved with AIJA’s senior leadership team, as well as commissions focusing on Corporate and M&A, Intellectual Property, Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Commission, as well as Tax.
