Derya’s work concentrates on commercial and corporate litigation, with focus on unfair competition, portfolio compensation and shareholder dispute, insurance, employment and consumer law, data protection and privacy.
Derya advises clients in connection with disputes arising from contractual disagreements as well as general corporate matters such as corporate, data protection, labour and insurance law. She prepares and reviews corporate documents, contracts and agreements, and provides legal opinions on insurance and consumer law.
She is involved in providing advice to companies in various industry sectors such as financial services, energy, utilities and renewables, life science and pharmaceutical, information technologies and telecommunication, industrial and manufacturing.
