Prof. Moroğlu has served as a board member in many banks and groups of companies as Chief Legal Council (1975-2001). He was the Chief Legal Consultant of the Turkish Capital Market Board from 1995 to 1997 and has published several essays and monographies in the fields of Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Banking Law, and Civil Procedure Law. He is regarded as one of the foremost contributors to the practice of corporate, commercial and financial law in Turkey.

Prof. Moroğlu was a Professor of Commercial and Banking Law at Istanbul University, School of Law.
