ESG Strategy and Governance

We advise companies operating in sectors such as fashion, retail, and manufacturing on occupational health and safety, diversity and inclusion policies, whistleblowing mechanisms, supply chain due diligence, and compliance with national and international human rights standards.

Sustainable Finance and Green Investment

We work with banks, investors, and companies on sustainable finance instruments such as green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, ESG-focused investment funds, and blended finance structures. Our counsel combines financial structuring with disclosure and reporting obligations and taxonomy alignment under Turkish and EU regulations.

As ESG reporting obligations rapidly increase, we support companies in establishing robust and reliable internal systems.
