Selin Alpaslan provides legal support to local and international companies in mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence processes, the preparation of general assembly and board documents as well as commercial agreements, and throughout all stages from the establishment of companies onwards.
Selin advises clients across various industries, particularly automotive, life sciences, real estate, and food. Selin contributes to projects on market entry, regulatory compliance, administrative and construction permitting processes, and corporate governance.
She also assists clients by preparing legal opinions and memoranda, and by drafting transaction documents such as share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements, with a focus on both project-based work and clients’ day-to-day corporate matters.
Beyond client work, Selin has participated in international academic and professional programs, including business law (University of Bologna), automotive law (University of Modena and Reggio Emilia), diplomacy and law (University of Rijeka), and human rights and globalization (University of Zagreb). Selin also volunteered as Director for Seminars and Conferences at ELSA Türkiye and ELSA International and coordinated internal team management in an Erasmus+ project in Lithuania on the social inclusion of children with disabilities.
