Share Hakan Harman serves as Of Counsel at Moroğlu Arseven.
In the early years of his career, he worked between 1996 and 1997 at İnan Sigorta T.A.Ş., one of Türkiye’s first insurance companies, which later merged with AXA Oyak Sigorta. He subsequently practiced at Demir Demir Law Office from 1997 to 2004. During this period, he gained extensive litigation experience by actively representing clients before judicial and administrative courts in the resolution of a wide range of disputes.
Between 2004 and 2006, Hakan Harman was involved as a founding partner in the establishment phase of Moroğlu Arseven Attorney Partnership. In 2006, he founded Harman Law Office and has since continuously represented clients as a litigation lawyer in disputes arising under the Law of Obligations, Civil Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Tax Law, Foundations Law, Labor Law, and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. He regularly acts before first-instance courts, regional appellate courts, courts of cassation, and in individual application proceedings.
In addition to dispute resolution, he also provides preventive legal services, with a particular focus on Foundations Law, advising a number of foundations on an ongoing basis.
