Turkey Announces New Measures on Import of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Films
Turkey’s General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Trade has decided to initiate a subvention investigation into “Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Films” under the tariff positions 3920.62.19.00.00, 3920.69.00.00.00 and 3921.90.10.00.00 imported from Republic of India.

Turkey Amends Import Regime
As per the Decree, Turkey has extended the period for the additional customs taxes imposed for various industry, textile and garment products through the Presidential Decrees dated 17 April 2020 numbered 2423 and 2424, dated 20 April 2020 numbered 2429 and 2430, dated 11 May 2020 numbered 2514, dated 19 May 2020 numbered 2565 and dated 27 June 2020 numbered 2682 until 31 December 2020.
