Ece focuses on consumer law, commercial litigation and employment law. She concentrates particularly on consumer-related issues, helping clients with a full spectrum of contracts, negotiations, disputes and regulatory procedures.
Ece assists clients throughout the full lifecycle of day-to-day and contentious consumer matters, including all facets of objecting to arbitration board decisions, as well as participating in court and execution proceedings.
She supports major multinational clients with large portfolios of consumer-related lawsuits, including all aspects of drafting documents, making submissions, appearing in court, following up with parties, as well as other practical logistics required when dealing with high-volume dispute portfolios.
Ece helps clients with all stages of commercial litigation, ranging from the early stages of evolving disputes, through to supporting clients in court or enforcing court decisions.
She also assists with a range of employment conflicts and lawsuits, including re-employment and compensation claims which arise from employment terminations.
Ece supports a broad range of domestic and international companies, most notably in the technology, telecommunication, real estate and construction, retail and consumer product sectors.
