Ekinsu focuses on dispute resolution, assisting a range of clients to manage and resolve their conflicts in Turkey. She helps domestic and international clients from a variety of perspectives at all stages of litigation, execution, enforcement and debt collection procedures. Ekinsu also assists clients with a range of employment law and day-to-day corporate and commercial legal issues.
Ekinsu assists in preparing and revising commercial agreements for clients, including corporate governance documents and a full spectrum of day-to-day commercial contracts. She researches and drafts memoranda for clients, supporting them to understand and navigate Turkish corporate and regulatory compliance issues, obligations or restrictions.
She helps clients with a range of Turkish employment law issues. These include assisting clients with employment contracts or social security obligations, along with supporting during re-employment lawsuits and compensation claims which arise from employment terminations.
Ekinsu has experience assisting clients regarding product liability and standards, including recalls and liaising with related ministries, public authorities, and courts.
Ekinsu supports a broad range of domestic and international companies, most notably in the automotive, retail and consumer, insurance and technology sectors.
She is a founding member and executive board member of Young Istanbul Arbitration Center (Young ISTAC) and was a member of Istanbul University’s team at the 22nd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
