Hazal assists clients how to deal with compliance issues, especially corporate governance-related legal obligations. She provides day-to-day corporate advice and carries out companies’ retainer works such as running general assemblies and preparing board of director’s resolutions. Accordingly, Hazal assists clients to prepare and negotiate commercial contracts to ensure their operations run smoothly.

She focuses on local and cross-border M&A transactions, domestic and international trade, and commerce. She assists clients at all phases of transactions, including participating in due diligence exercises and closing phases. She supports to preparation and negotiation of transaction documents such as share purchase, share subscription, asset purchase and merger agreements.

Hazal supports clients with all aspects of franchising relationships. She participates in the development of residential and commercial projects. She supports preparing documentation related to franchising relationships, hotel management, and residential management projects.

Hazal assists clients how to deal with regulatory compliance issues on data protection in Turkey. She carries out the legal compliance process of the clients related to data protection regulations and advises data protection compliance teams. She supports clients to determine the legal contradictions in company practice. She prepares all forms of data protection-related documents including, data protection policies, clarification letters, consent letters, company guidelines.

Hazal supports a broad range of domestic and international companies, most notably in the real estate and construction, technology, entrepreneurship, engineering, and energy sectors.
