Işıl focuses on intellectual property matters, supporting clients with a range of trademark, patent and industrial design prosecution issues before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. She concentrates on assisting clients to manage their intellectual property portfolios, supporting them to develop customized strategies which are tailored to protect each client’s unique circumstances.
Işıl assists clients through patent prosecution processes before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, as well as the European Patent Office. She also handles the validation of European patents in Turkey. Işıl has regular contact with the Turkish domain name and customs authorities.
She helps clients to understand and carry out various legal and regulatory processes, using these mechanisms to address each client’s unique complexities. Işıl has a particular experience conducting trademark availability searches, as well as providing legal and procedural support regarding registrability.
