Sena Kibar supports the team in corporate, commercial, antitrust, and competition law matters for local and international clients.
She conducts legal research, drafts memorandums, supports clients in mergers and acquisitions, assists with legal due diligence and market entry strategies, and prepares documents for general assemblies, board meetings, and commercial contracts.
Sena also assists the team with antitrust, compliance, and regulatory strategies, including merger notifications and risk assessments, as well as representing local and international clients in preliminary investigations and full-fledged investigations initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority.
Sena supports clients operating in various fields such as construction, industrial manufacturing, e-commerce, technology, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and energy.
