Sercan Çoban assists clients through patent prosecution processes before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. He helps clients with application procedures, monitors the process and prevents the loss of right. In order to protect and maintain clients’ intellectual property abroad, he stays in touch with the clients all the time, ensuring their operations run smoothly. He also has the responsibility to search for similar trademarks of registered trademarks, to avoid infringements.
