As per the Communiqué on Export of Lemons numbered 2020/7 (“Communiqué”) published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April 2020 and numbered 31092, export of goods under the customs tariff statistics position 0805.50.10.00.00 and described as “fresh lemon (except those that are dried)” shall be subject to prior authorization of Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
Provisions of the Communiqué shall not be applied with respect to declarations registered before 7 April 2020 and shall be applied as of 7 April 2020 until and including 31 August 2020.
