Restrictions on Some Prohibited Goods and Goods Subject to Prior Authorization are Abrogated, as per the Communiqué numbered 2020/8

As per the Communiqué Amending the Communiqué on Prohibited Goods and Goods Subject to Prior Authorization (“Communiqué”) published in the Official Gazette dated 2 May 2020 and numbered 31115, restrictions on

• Ventilators.
• Ecmos.
• Oxygen concentrators.
• Ventilation consumables (flow sensors, expiration valves, oxygen sensors, ventilator circuits).
• Anesthesia /ventilator circuits.
• IV cannulas.
• Intubation tubes.
• Intensive care monitors.

with respect to the prior authorization of Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency have been abrogated.
