With regards to investors and operators certified by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, who have been allocated with public land to build tourism facilities, rent, final permit, final allocation, right of easement, utilization permit, benefiting and additional benefiting fees and revenue shares that need to be collected between 1 April and 30 June 2020 have been postponed for six months without need for an application.
Similarly, payment periods of adequate pay arising from unauthorized use of Treasury immovables due to tourism activities of these investors and operators, which need to be collected between 1 April and 30 June 2020, was postponed for six months without need for an application.
These deferred receivables will be collected without any raise or interest until end of the deferred period.
