Turkey re-determined the effective date of country-wide implementation of newly introduced tax return namely “Withholding and Premium Service Return” as 1 July 2020.
Within this context; articles with effective date of 1 March 2020 of the General Communiqué on Withholding and Premium Service Return published in the Official Gazette dated 18 February 2017 and numbered 29983 (Serial No:1) (are updated as 1 July 2020 with the Communiqué (Serial No:8) on Amending the Communiqué on Withholding and Premium Service Return (Serial No:1) (“Amendment Communiqué”) published in the Official Gazette dated 4 April 2020 and numbered 31089.
