Baran Ezeli specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, corporate advisory, capital markets, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Baran has been involved in numerous national and international investment processes, taking an active role in legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating investment agreements, executing closing procedures, and preparing share option plans.
Baran has advised both domestic and international clients operating in the technology, fintech, gaming, social network provider, payment services, and crypto asset sectors and has particularly provided regulatory compliance consultancy regarding payment services and crypto asset regulations. As such, he has experience in drafting commercial contracts, as well as conducting regulatory and risk assessments.
In addition, Baran obtained his LL.B. with honors from Marmara University and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Commercial Law at Istanbul University.
