She assists many well-known trademarks in intellectual property disputes and litigation proceedings.
For the protection of clients' portfolios, she is actively involved in the opposition proceedings before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, responses to oppositions, preparation of proof of use, sending cease and desist letters, conducting undertaking negotiations, and litigation proceedings such as cancellation of Office decisions, trademark invalidation, trademark infringement and unfair competition actions.
She supports various domestic and foreign companies in the online and traditional retail, entertainment, pharmaceutical, food supplement, fashion and technology sectors.
