Deniz Sözüdoğru

Deniz actively supports the team in addressing corporate advisory mandates of domestic and foreign-invested companies in the fields of commercial and corporate law, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In this capacity, Deniz leads legal due diligence processes and works on general assembly and board procedures, corporate documentation, the review/negotiation of commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. Deniz conducts research on obligations and restrictions under Turkish law and prepares legal memorandum, implementation roadmaps, and compliance plans.

Deniz primarily supports the solution-oriented and scalable resolution of legal mandates for clients operating across the logistics, automotive, life sciences, food, trade, and industrial sectors.
