Esra Nur Talay

Esra focuses her practice on intellectual property law and, as a Trademark Attorney Assistant, specializes in the protection of trademark, patent, and design rights, as well as the management of national and international intellectual property matters. She is involved in the preparation and prosecution of trademark, patent, and design applications before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TPTO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Her experience also includes European patent validations, PCT applications, and customs enforcement matters. In addition, she assists clients with trademark searches and registrability assessments. Esra handles the recordal of assignments of intellectual property rights, as well as changes of name and address before the relevant authorities and advises clients throughout these processes. Fluent in English and French, she assists both domestic and multinational clients operating across a wide range of industries, including fashion, cosmetics, electronics, and automotive, in relation to intellectual property matters.
