She develops tailored strategies for the protection of well-known trademarks and plays an active role in opposition proceedings before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. She also assists clients in gathering evidence of use, preparing letters of consent and coexistence agreements, and navigating the complexities of trademark portfolio management.

In addition to trademark matters, İrem supports clients in settlement negotiations and pre-litigation dispute resolution processes, ensuring that commercial objectives are met while mitigating potential risks. She also provides legal assistance in patent-related disputes, enabling clients to safeguard their innovation-driven businesses.

Her practice spans multiple industries, with particular experience in advising clients from the fashion, tourism, media, and entertainment sectors. She has worked closely with well-known domestic and international companies, helping them protect, enforce, and maximize the value of their intellectual property rights.

İrem completed her legal internship at our firm and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2024.
