İsmail Semih Palalı provides clients with support in managing their intellectual property portfolios, including trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights, domain names, and geographical indications. He advises clients on the protection, use, and commercialization of intellectual and industrial property rights before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office as well as in other jurisdictions.
He advises a wide range of domestic and international companies, particularly in the automotive, banking and finance, pharmaceutical, food, fashion, technology, and cosmetics industries, and develops tailored strategies to protect and manage their intellectual property portfolios.
Semih is particularly experienced in prosecution processes; he also conducts risk analyses and provides clients with strategic guidance in intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution processes.
In addition to his legal practice, Semih holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and Organization from Marmara University, graduating summa cum laude. His master’s thesis titled “The relationship between intellectual property support, intellectual property awareness, and individual entrepreneurial intention: Evidence from Türkiye.” He also pursued academic studies at the University of Ljubljana as a scholarship recipient within the scope of the Erasmus+ Program in Slovenia.
