Reyhan Nur Sema Kahraman has been working in the field of intellectual property. As an Assistant Trademark Attorney and advises clients on the protection, and enforcement of intellectual and industrial property rights.

Reyhan has advised many domestic and multinational clients from various industries, especially in the fields of trademarks, patents and industrial designs in terms of research, filing new applications, filing oppositions and following up the processes. She also assists clients to finalise their transactions before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office ("TPTO").

Reyhan has provided advice on all aspects of Intellectual Property to multinational clients operating in various fields including fashion, cosmetics, food and beverage, entertainment, electronics, tourism, automotive, retail and telecoms.

Reyhan provides clients with opinions on the registrability of proposed trademarks in line with trademark clearance searches and assists clients with application and, if necessary, opposition proceedings to ensure the smooth registration client's trademarks.

Reyhan speaks English at a professional level and continues to provide consultancy and support services to clients in the fields of trademarks, patents and industrial designs before the TPTO.
