Moroğlu Arseven has been recognized for its work in competition law by the Global Competition Review in its 2015 Country Survey of Turkey.
The researcher noted that competition law specialist “Bora İkiler was brought in last year to develop Moroğlu Arseven’s competition practice apart from the firm’s already prominent corporate work.” The analysis goes on to describe Moroğlu Arseven’s expansion of competition law offerings, noting that Bora oversees the firm’s merger-related competition law work as well as the firm now offering longstanding clients enhanced services in the competition law area. These services include compliance programmes and mock dawn raid trainings.
