Provisional Measures Regarding Partially Crimped Yarns from Polyesters
GTİP by the Ministry of Economy and the name of the substances present in force measures against the dumping of goods rendered ineffective as a result of a determination made that the specified rate on imports into Turkey or in the form of guarantees in the amount of temporary measures were put into force.
The Communiqué on Import Safeguard Measures No. 2017/20 on which the measure is taken has been published in the Official Gazette dated 4 August 2017 and numbered 30144.

Decision has been made to extend the protection measure for polyester fiber imports
As a result of the safeguard investigation initiated and carried out by the Ministry of Economy General Directorate of Import, the protection, which is currently applied as additional financial obligation in the import of “Poliester” registered under Iranian origin 5503.20.00.00.00 GTIP, is arranged as in the following table and it is decided to be extended for 3 years.
The Communiqué on Import Safeguard Measures No. 2017/9 on which the supplementary financial liability measure takes place has been published and entered into the Official Gazette dated August 25, 2017 and numbered 30165.
