Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Projects

We work with investors, lenders, and contractors on the structuring, financing, and implementation of infrastructure and PPP projects. We support companies in PPP models such as Build-Operate (BO), Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), Build-Lease (BL), and Transfer of Operating Rights in the transportation (highways, airports, ports), healthcare (city hospitals), and energy sectors. Our work covers the entire project lifecycle, from due diligence and concession structuring to financing arrangements, government approvals, and long-term compliance during the operational phase.

Public Procurement Processes

We guide our clients through Turkey’s strictly regulated public procurement regime. Our work includes tender preparation, structuring of consortiums, compliance with tender specifications and competition law, and challenge procedures before the Public Procurement Authority regarding tender results.

Privatizations

We represent domestic and foreign clients in state-owned enterprise privatizations and concession arrangements in sectors such as telecommunications, energy, and infrastructure and transportation, including ports. Our work covers due diligence, bid structuring, financing arrangements, concession management, and compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations throughout the project’s life.

Administrative Law

We advise on relations with Turkish administrative institutions and regulatory authorities, regulatory filings, and sector-specific obligations. Our work includes preparing petitions, obtaining licenses and permits, representing clients against regulatory actions before administrative courts, and ensuring compliance with public law requirements for investment projects.
