E. Doğa Küçükay represented well known internal and domestic clients in front of the Turkish Competition Authority for investigations related to anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominance cases, merger control filings, individual exemption applications as well as annulment lawsuits in front Ankara administrative courts.
He also actively provides advice for compliance with the Turkish competition law related to clients’ vertical or horizontal agreements.
Although he has dealt with clients active in various sectors, he mainly undertook client work in the technology and FMCG industry.
