Selen represents clients in litigation in civil and criminal litigation before Turkish courts to protect and enforce their intellectual property rights. She also handles administrative proceedings before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, including filing oppositions, gathering evidence of proof of use, drafting cease and desist letters, and assisting in negotiations for consent, coexistence, or ownership arrangements.
Her practice extends to advising on IP infringement issues arising on e-commerce platforms and social media, and she assists clients in taking swift action against unauthorized online use. She also supports domain name dispute resolution processes and monitors infringing domains targeting clients’ intellectual property rights.
