Moroğlu Arseven was selected as ‘Turkish Law Firm of the Year’ at The Lawyer European Awards, held in London on 15 March 2018. The annual award is granted to an independent law firm which has demonstrated an exceptional year, managing the pressures of the wider economic environment, while maintaining high levels of client service.
The Lawyer European Awards reward and celebrate firms which are committed to excellence, with a clear strategic vision and approach, irrespective of the firm’s size. The judging panel selected Moroğlu Arseven after evaluating the firm’s overall performance as a full-service provider to national and global clientele.
The judging panel included 21 senior figures, from private legal practice and in-house legal backgrounds across Europe. In determining a winner, the judges considered evidence of strategic initiatives aimed at growing cross-border and referral work, both inbound and outbound. They also looked for a firm which could clearly articulate its strategy and vision for the future, both in terms of significant developments in the past year and planned investment.
