M. Alperen Erdem

Alperen Erdem’s main practice areas are civil and commercial litigation, tax law and compliance.

Alperen assists clients in the area of dispute resolution in corporate and commercial disputes. He is involved in drafting and reviewing corporate documents and commercial agreements for his clients’ needs, as well as in court and debt collection proceedings.

Alperen also assists foreign and domestic companies to understand and navigate Turkish regulatory compliance, administrative and tax procedures.
Alperen conducts legal research and drafts memorandums in the fields of consumer, competition, commercial and lease law. He also represents domestic and foreign clients in preliminary investigations and full-fledged investigations initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority.

Alperen advises domestic and international clients mainly in the technology, real estate, e-commerce, food, agriculture and biotechnology sectors.
