Moroğlu Arseven is pleased to announce the appointment of Nejla Aydın Özer as Head of Litigation and İpek Ünlü Tık as Head of Employment Law, effective from 1 April 2014. The firm’s Partners collectively congratulate Nejla and İpek, noting that their input and leadership have been instrumental to the firm’s steady growth and development. Both Nejla and İpek are long standing and highly valued members of the Moroğlu Arseven team. The firm wishes both of them a long and prosperous career.

Nejla joined the firm in 2005 and has 17 years’ experience, primarily concentrating on lawsuits, contracts, debt collection and other dispute resolution matters. She has particularly experience with commercial litigation, shareholder disputes as well as real estate, leasing and consumer law. She regularly prepares contracts and protocols regarding debt liquidations and malpractice claims, as well as trademark and patent disputes. Nejla regularly supports clients with dispute resolution related to compensation claims or administrative matters.

İpek joined the firm in 2003 and has 14 years’ experience advising clients on every aspect of employment law. Her work includes drafting employment contracts, social security law matters, as well as dispute resolution related to re-employment lawsuits and compensation claims arising out of contract terminations. İpek works closely with the human resources departments of institutional clients, often advising employers about employment actions regarding critical operations.
