Alperen Erdem’s main practice areas are civil and commercial litigation and compliance.
Alperen assists clients in the area of dispute resolution in corporate and commercial disputes. He is involved in drafting and reviewing corporate documents and commercial agreements for his clients’ needs, as well as in court and debt collection proceedings.
Erdem conducts legal research and drafts memorandums in the fields of consumer, competition, commercial and lease law. He also represents domestic and foreign clients in preliminary investigations and full-fledged investigations initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority.
Alperen Erdem also assists clients with a full range of sports law issues, regularly supporting athletes before the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal, as well as helping them deal with contract-related issues.
Alperen advises domestic and international clients mainly in the technology, e-commerce, food, agriculture and biotechnology sectors.
