Aygen offers end-to-end support, assisting clients through the full lifecycle of employment relationships. He provides consultancy regarding employment agreements and its termination, assists clients regarding the rights and obligations of employers and employees during mergers and acquisitions, and takes part in mediation and litigation procedures.
Additionally, she assists clients with the necessary steps to comply with employment and social security legislation, and drafts memoranda on current legal developments.
Aygen also actively helps clients with their questions related to employment law, draws up employment agreements and mutual termination agreements, and prepares termination notices.
Aygen supports a number of domestic and international companies, most notably in the e-commerce, technology, food, agriculture and biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sectors.
