- Preparation, drafting, and reporting of petitions, dunning letters, informational memos, and other essential documents concerning various fields and subjects, along with following related processes.
- Tracking processes on online platforms where transactions are conducted and analyzing information in utilized databases.
- Preparation of internal presentations and publications, primarily focusing on MAGazette.
