Metin offers tailored legal strategies in employment law to align with clients’ industrial objectives while enhancing their legal security. His expertise includes handling all aspects of individual and collective labor agreements, drafting internal regulations, and provides employment law due diligence during mergers and acquisitions. He also works on pre-dispute risk management, including conducting disciplinary investigations, managing regulatory audits, and executing compliance projects.
Representing clients in mediation and litigation arising from labor law disputes, Metin actively involved in executing termination and collective redundancy procedures and prepares notices, protocols, and petitions.
In his master’s studies, Metin focused on evaluating employee stock option plans from the perspectives of employment and corporate law. His experience in this area gives clients a distinct advantage, particularly regarding innovative working models.
