Selin supports the team assisting local and international clients on merger and acquisitions, legal due diligence process, as well as arranging general assembly and board of directors documents and commercial contracts.
She researches and drafts memoranda, supporting clients to understand and navigate their Turkish legal issues, obligations or restrictions.
Selin plays a role preparing contracts and supports following the application processes of athletes to the Basketball Arbitration Court. She also supports the team writing articles on this area.
Selin works in the daily corporate affairs of clients operating in various sectors, primarily in the fields of food, real estate, automotive, e-commerce, electronics, information technologies and consumer law, and contributes to the relevant projects.
Selin, who speaks English and French, successfully completed certificate programs which are “Human Rights Law” from the University of Zagreb and “International Law and Diplomacy” from the University of Rijeka. Alpaslan, who is a member of Notre Dame de Sion French High School Alumni Association, Istanbul Bilgi University Law Faculty Alumni Association, European Law Students’ Association, is also a licensed athlete.
