Sezer supports the corporate law team, particularly on corporate governance matters and commercial contracts. Sezer contributes to the preparation of documents such as commercial documents required for business set-up, and general assembly and board of directors’ resolutions. She participates in due diligence and contract drafting stages in mergers and acquisitions.
She assists the team supporting the smooth running of clients’ operations in Turkey. She takes part in the team supporting the clients in the business set-up process and ensuring that business models, and investment agreements comply with Turkish law.
She researches and drafts memoranda, supporting clients to understand and navigate their Turkish legal issues, obligations or restriction.
Sezer also provides support to the team in compliance matters such as planning and conducting internal investigations, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering.
Sezer supports clients operating in fields such as construction, industrial manufacturing and automotive, especially energy, information technologies, retail and consumer products.
