Investigation Announced into Imports of “Other Hoeing Machines” from China
The General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Trade has decided to open a final revision investigation regarding strict measures against the in-force dumping of “other hoeing machines” under HS code 8432.29.90.00.19.
Communiqué on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports numbered 2020/2, which includes the investigation decision, has been published in the Official Gazette numbered 31074 on 20 March 2020, entering into effect on the same day.

Investigation Announced into Imports of “Yarns from Synthetic and Artificial Non-Continuous Fibers (Staple Fiber Yarn)” from the Kingdom of Cambodia
The General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Trade has decided to initiate an investigation regarding disabling of anti-dumping measures applied in “yarns from synthetic and artificial non-continuous fibers (staple fiber yarn)” imports under tariff positions 55.08, 55.09, 55.10, 55.11 (except for sub-positions 5509.52, 5509.61, 5509.91, 5510.20).
