We hosted the breakfast session “When a Dispute Spans the Globe: Managing Parallel Proceedings Across China, Türkiye and Beyond.” Moderated by our Partner Dr. Erhan Seyfi Moroğlu, the session brought together panelists Alex Yong Hao, Heiko Heppner, Prof. Khawar Qureshi KC, Wang Ying and Wei (Vincent) Sun, who shared practical perspectives on managing disputes that span multiple jurisdictions. We are grateful to Wang Weijun, Secretary General of the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), for the kind video message addressed to our guests.

On 2 October, we hosted the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) Fireside Chat and Meet & Mingle at our office. Our Partner Fulya Kurar, Oleg Todua and Selda Taşyürek Köksal led an engaging conversation, and it was a pleasure to welcome the young arbitration community to Moroğlu Arseven.
