Over four days, the Congress offered a rich programme of technical sessions and exchanges with peers from across Europe, providing valuable perspectives on the future of European restructuring. Topics ranged from shareholder rights to the proposed EU Inc. framework.
The Congress was organised by INSOL Europe and its Technical Committee, whose programme once again brought together a highly engaged community of restructuring practitioners.
