The Academy is an intensive training programme focused on international legal practice, bringing together experienced lawyers from Multilaw member firms around the world. Over the course of a week, delegates explored the structuring of cross-border transactions, legal due diligence, international negotiation techniques, cross-border disputes, and the cultural differences between legal systems, working alongside colleagues from a wide range of jurisdictions.
