Moroğlu Arseven has been ranked as a Silver Tier firm for trademark enforcement and litigation, as well as a Bronze Tier firm for trademark prosecution and strategy by the World Trademark Review in its 2013 WTR 1000 rankings.
The World Trademark Review singled out Işık Özdoğan, head of Moroğlu Arseven’s intellectual property team, for Silver Tier rankings in its trademark enforcement and litigation and prosecution and strategy areas.
According to clients, Moroğlu Arseven’s intellectual property team is “among the most user-friendly Turkish firm we have come across and offers great value for money.” Clients also praised the intellectual property team’s customer-focused approach and described it as a “well-educated group of people that operates at a very high level.”
