Moroğlu Arseven is pleased to announce that Burcu Tuzcu Ersin has been elected as a partner.

Burcu has been working as a counsel at Moroğlu Arseven since August 2011. Burcu’s works includes all aspects of business law, specializing particularly in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, corporate transactions, project finance, securities law, venture capital and angel investments.

Her work includes a wide range of industries such as energy, technology and telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate and construction, among others. Burcu regularly advises major Turkish and international companies as well as other investors in structuring and financing.

Before joining Moroğlu Arseven, Burcu worked at PwC Turkey for more than seven years where she was Senior Manager, and also in a law firm as head of the Corporate Law department.

Burcu graduated from Ankara University School of Law in 2001 and obtained her LL.M. in Business Law from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2006. She is a board member of Common Purpose Turkey and member of several working groups of the Turkish Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association (TUSIAD), International Technology Law Association and International Bar Association.
