Elif Köksal

Elif Köksal focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, as well as corporate governance issues and commercial contracts. She assists clients to arrange corporate documents, as well as support to prepare, negotiate, and revise a range of commercial agreements. Elif helps foreign clients with local company incorporations and the legal aspects of business models and investment agreements.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, she advises private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) funds as well as strategic investors in high-profile transactions. She plays an active role in structuring deals and conducting legal due diligence and leads the negotiation of transaction documents including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture (JV) agreements, and investment agreements.

Elif supports a broad range of domestic and international companies, most notably in the energy, information technologies, retail and consumer, as well as real estate and construction, industrial manufacturing, and automotive.
