Sena Bulut

Sena Bulut supports the team, particularly in corporate advisory matters, legal due diligence processes within the scope of mergers and acquisitions, investment processes, and regulatory compliance issues for both domestic and foreign capital companies.

Focusing particularly on commercial law, corporate law, and financial technologies (fintech), Sena is involved in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including commercial and financial agreements, company incorporations, corporate structuring, and processes relating to representation and management structures.
Sena supports the team in various stages of legal due diligence and investment processes within the scope of mergers and acquisitions. She also contributes to the preparation of legal opinions addressing clients’ regulatory compliance requests across various sectors.

Sena primarily focuses on assisting clients operating in the food, commerce, real estate, energy, fintech, crypto assets, and technology sectors.

Sena graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2021 and was awarded a scholarship under the Swiss European Mobility Program to study at the University of Geneva Faculty of Law during the fall semester of 2020-2021, where she successfully completed the Certificate in Transnational Law Program by taking master level courses.
