Deniz Selçuk graduated in 2020 from Bilkent University Faculty of Law and the University of Groningen with an LL.B. in International and European Law. She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on international M&A transactions, corporate structuring and market entry into Türkiye. She is actively involved in due diligence processes and plays a key role in the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, including share purchase and shareholders’ agreements. Her work also extends to corporate governance matters such as incorporations, shareholders’ assemblies, board resolutions, and changes to company management and signatory structures.

Deniz regularly advises on commercial agreements, including supply and consultancy contracts, ensuring alignment with Turkish law and clients’ operational needs. She also provides guidance on data protection, employment and other compliance frameworks. Her experience spans multiple industries from food, textile and yachting to manufacturing, energy, automotive, industrial equipment, infrastructure and supply chain services, enabling her to offer commercially oriented and sector-specific support.

Working in close coordination with clients, public authorities and external advisors, Deniz ensures smooth execution of corporate and commercial projects, and provides assessments under Turkish corporate law that support strategic decision-making.
