Sena Yaşaroğlu has over 10 years of experience in intellectual property law, focusing on the protection, enforcement, and commercialization of trademarks, plant variety rights, domain names, copyrights, and unfair trade practices, as well as regulatory compliance. He works with domestic and international clients across various sectors, delivering tailored solutions to protect and maximize their IP assets.
A key part of his work involves anti-counterfeiting. He has led nationwide market clean-up projects and raids, managed criminal lawsuits, and overseen the seizure of counterfeit goods. Sena works closely with customs authorities, assisting clients in suspending infringing goods in transit and representing them in training programs held by the Ministry to raise awareness of IP rights.
He has extensive litigation experience, handling infringement, unfair competition, and invalidation lawsuits, and supports clients throughout disputes, from early negotiations to full court proceedings.
In addition, Sena advises on regulatory compliance related to the Turkish Food Codex and advertising law, providing guidance before launching products or campaigns and representing clients before regulatory boards.
Sena has been recognized as a Rising Star in Turkey by Managing IP every year since 2021.
