Cansu Özgüven specializes in IT law, mainly in privacy and data protection, e-commerce, fintech, emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and compliance law.
Cansu has developed a strong expertise in the realm of IT law, particularly within various national and international sectors such as information technology and communication, industry, healthcare, banking, finance, and e-commerce. She advises clients on compliance projects, consults, and prepares memoranda on the legal structuring of new technologies. Additionally, she assists clients in establishing the contractual basis of these innovations.
