Deniz Selçuk graduated in 2020 from Bilkent University Faculty of Law and the University of Groningen with an LL.B. in International and European Law. She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, particularly advising on international M&A transactions, corporate structuring and market entry into Türkiye. Her experience spans various sectors, including food, textile, yachting, ceramic tiles, manufacturing, energy, automotive, industrial equipment, infrastructure and supply chain services, enabling her to deliver commercially oriented and sector-specific legal support.
She works on legal due diligence processes and assists in the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, including share purchase and shareholders’ agreements. She also provides support on corporate matters such as incorporations, general assembly and board resolutions, and changes to company management and signatory structures.
Deniz regularly contributes to the drafting and localisation of supply and consultancy agreements, tailoring such contracts to clients’ operational needs and compliance requirements. She also advises on Turkish regulatory matters, including data protection, employment law and related compliance frameworks.
She takes part in corporate and commercial projects across various industries, contributing to document preparation processes and working in close coordination with clients, public authorities and external advisors.
